This is a romance between Mel Gibson, in his third ever movie at age 24,
and Piper Laurie at age of 47. Their relationship starts off to be
worker employee but he's basically a child. He's described in all
of the literature about this movie as being mildly retarded and in all honesty,
probably some form of autism or aspergers And, he doesn’t get the social concepts of
sex, sexual relationships, compared to friend relationships.

ating app okcupid okcupid to apologise and remove an offensive and discriminatory
question from its site. Users who signed up to okcupid are asked a series
of questions designed to pair people with compatible matches,
one of which was brought to the attention of mencap, a charity representing people
with learning disabilities. Users were asked would the world be a better place
if people with low IQ’s were not allowed to reproduce?
Which I think is a pretty fair, fucking question.
And it’s something which many of us ask ourselves all the time.
This question isn’t posing anything other than merely a compatibility question.
Whether not user A and user B might actually have enough in common
to come together to form a long lasting relationship.
That’s it. But it has been deemed offensive,
by people who have learning disabilities which is really fucking sad.
